Blind Hole design eliminates visible hardware on the face of the license frame. Mounting wedge is contoured billet aluminum. Installs easily with no holes to drill. Includes all hardware and instructions. Show-Chrome plated. Fits Yamaha Road Star to 2003 only. Not recommended for 2004 and later as newer style fender will leave visible holes.
