Yamaha Five Star Certification Program

Five Star Certified Dealers employ at least one technician (all of our Technicians!) who has worked his or her way through instructional programs and passed tests in all of the following five categories:

• Diagnostic Tools (Mechanical, Electrical, & Fuel)
• Two Stroke Engine Theory & Diagnostics
• Four Stroke Engine Theory & Diagnostics
• Electrical Systems Theory & Diagnostics
• Drive Train Systems

Five Star Certification recognizes a select group of Yamaha technicians who have made a commitment to quality service through factory training. These professionals have successfully completed a unique series of training courses offered by Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. designed to optimize their technical knowledge of Yamaha products.

Yamaha offers the Five Star Certification Program to dealers of any Yamaha product line. Only after the technician has successfully completed all categories will he or she earn the coveted Five Star Certified diploma and special uniform patch.

Five Star Certification is designed to give you greater confidence and the higher level of satisfaction that comes from quality, professional service.
