Q&A with Valentino Rossi following his crash in the opening laps of the Gran Premio Movistar de Aragon
This morning Valentino Rossi woke up at 09.30 and underwent a new medical check with Dr. Michele Zasa from Clinica Mobile.

After the check Valentino returned to the garage where Movistar Yamaha MotoGP members and teammate Jorge Lorenzo were shooting a TV commercial for Movistar.

The following questions were put to Valentino as he missed yesterday's post-race media debrief and TV interviews.

Movistar Yamaha Magic Continues as Lorenzo Masters Aragon
Today's Gran Premio Movistar de Aragón proved to be the most dramatic of the season so far as Movistar Yamaha MotoGP rider Jorge Lorenzo defied both his rivals and the changing weather to deliver a master class in Grand Prix riding and claim his first victory of the season.

Teammate Valentino Rossi's Aragón fortunes were the mirror opposite, the Italian crashing out in the early laps.

Movistar Yamaha Score Second and Third Row for Gran Premio Movistar de Aragon

Movistar Yamaha MotoGP riders Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo faced a second day of challenging riding today in qualifying for tomorrow's Gran Premio Movistar de Aragón, taking sixth and seventh respectively on the grid.

Having fought hard yesterday and today to find a good pace, Rossi found himself this afternoon having to compete in the first qualifying session. A slow start on a soft front and hard rear tyre initially put the nine-time world champion into seventh position on his first hot lap.

Yamaha Returns to Spain for the Gran Premio Movistar de Aragon
After celebrating a momentous weekend in Misano two weeks ago, Movistar Yamaha MotoGP riders Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo return to Spain for round 14 of the 2014 MotoGP World Championship this Sunday, the Gran Premio Movistar de Aragón.

The race holds special significance this year not just as a home race for Lorenzo but also for the team's title sponsor, Movistar, who take title sponsorship of the Aragon round.

Challenging Start in Aragon for Movistar Yamaha
The first free practice sessions got underway today for this weekend's Gran Premio Movistar de Aragón at the Motorland Aragón circuit in Spain. Movistar Yamaha MotoGP riders Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi faced a challenging kick-off to the weekend with a number of set up challenges to resolve. With track conditions very different to when the team tested at Aragón earlier in the year, there was no advantage to be had from the taken data.

The Doctor Performs a Misano Miracle
The many thousand Valentino Rossi fans gathered at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli had their dreams come true today as their Movistar Yamaha MotoGP hero delivered a perfect race to take victory for the 'Gran Premio di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini'. Teammate Jorge Lorenzo came home in second to make it a perfect Yamaha one-two finish.

The Doctor made his intentions clear from the off with a flying start to move up from third to second into the first corner, tucked in behind teammate Lorenzo.

Yamaha Celebrates 50th Anniversary of First World Title with Phil Read in Misano
It was a very special gathering inside the MotoGP paddock at Misano this evening as the Yamaha family joined with the paddock and media to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their first world title with legend Phil Read.

The British racing icon took Yamaha to their first world championship victory aboard the RD56 250cc machine on the 13th September 1964, at the Monza circuit in Italy.
