Shipping
Our Shopping cart will
automatically ESTIMATE shipping costs based on your address. It is a
dynamic freight calculator but is not 100% accurate. The
ESTIMATED shipping does not include special delivery addresses,
oversized items or truck freight items. If
the actual shipping amount is lower, we will reduce the shipping charge
down to the actual amount. If there is a difference in the estimate and
actual shipping cost which causes the cost to be higher, we will confirm
it with you before we ship the order.
Free shipping
offers are restricted to the Continental 48 States. Overseas shipping
will be calculated and adjusted once the package(s) are packed and ready
to go and we will confirm the actual amount before shipping the
order. If the dynamic calculator is offline or you do not choose a
shipping option, a default shipping fee of $15.00 will be estimated. We
will adjust it and let you know by email the actual shipping amount prior to
shipping the order. REMEMBER: We
do not charge any extra fees like "Handling" or "Processing". You only
pay the actual
shipping amount! If you cancel an order after it is boxed and
ready for shipment, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Returns
For Returns purchased through mail-order: they must be
returned through mail order. You must contact us by email or phone or
log in to your account on our website to arrange a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or
packing slip, if available, and write the reason for each returned item.
Freight must be paid by the customer. On each item
returned for refund instead of exchange there will be a 20% restocking
charge. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 14
days from receipt date in original packaging and unused condition
(unless defective). Excessive delay in returning an item may result in a
30% restocking fee. There are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
We do not refund shipping charges. In the event that an item is damaged or defective, it will be repaired
or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. We will cover the
shipping charges, in most cases, to get you a functioning replacement.
On damaged or defective items returned for refund, we do not cover
shipping charges on the return shipment or refund on the original
shipping.
All items must be unused in factory packaging and in
VIRGIN condition. We cannot accept returns with damaged or opened packaging.
Helmets and other "gear" items CAN NOT be returned. We will
not accept Returns on Electrical parts or tools.
United States Postal Service is generally the least expensive
shipping method. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO Yamaha of Cucamonga C.O.D.
Our warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments. You can call us and
we will send you a UPS call tag, UPS will then make 3 attempts to pick up
your return.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: The following
statement must be written on your invoice enclosed in the return package
and on the Custom's Declaration on the outside of the package: U.S.
GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR OR EXCHANGE.
These terms represent the policy of Yamaha of
Cucamonga and are current as of September 1, 2009.
Return Policy on Package Deal Items
Certain items are sold as a package deal. If you
return any item from a package deal for a 'refund' the items that you
kept from the package revert to regular pricing and you will be refunded
the remainder after all items from the original package are re-priced to
regular pricing rather than package deal pricing.
We suggest that you exchange the item rather than have
the item refunded in order to avoid the remainder of the items that you
kept from being re-priced.
Pricing
Please consult our Mail Order Staff about the product
availability and prices when ordering from this or any other Yamaha of
Cucamonga catalog. Pricing does not include shipping.
Items marked with 'Special Order' may require
prepayment by money order, check or Western Union Quick collect. These
are special order items that we do not stock but are willing to order
from our vendors at your request. These special order items are paid for
in advance, non-returnable and non-refundable.
We apologize for any discrepancies caused by
typographical, clerical or printing errors and reserve the right to
correct them. We are not obligated to sell items at mis-marked or
otherwise incorrect prices.
From time to time manufacturers can change their pricing without
notifying us in advance. We apologize and make every effort to avoid these errors
and will continue to notify you of any changes upon being brought to our
attention.
Items marked as "sale" or "clearance" specials are not
eligible for any additional discounts.
Product Availability
We are not obligated to carry any item that has been
discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability.
As the manufacturers' product lines change, our product line changes
also. From time to time manufacturers redesign their products and can
change their "kit" contents. We will make every effort to approve this
with you and offer you the replacement rather than cancelling your
order.
Damaged Packages
In the event that an item arrives damaged during
transit, call Yamaha of Cucamonga immediately at 800-523-2414. Keep all
packaging materials and the original shipping carton. Yamaha of
Cucamonga will advise you of the procedure needed to be followed. DO NOT
return item until instructed to do so.

Yamaha of Cucamonga mail order policies supersede
previous policies, effective 1/1/2005. Entire Contents Copyright 1997
