Q. How much will my shipping cost?
A.
When you place an order in our new system, we attempt to calculate the exact cost to get your package to you. Because shipping is based on both size AND weight, we cannot accurately calculate shipping to addresses outside the US before the order is packed for shipping so an adjustment to the quote will be required. We will notify you in advance of shipment as to any changes that are necessary. Due to Current fuel conditions, pricing due to fuel surcharges are changing costs daily. We will always confirm any increase BEFORE we ship your package.

Policies

A. We do not begin processing your order until a credit card authorization is obtained

B. We MUST have the following information to get your order started:

 

1.Complete name and address

2.Exact billing address for your credit card
(note: this is the address where they send you your credit card bills)

3.Credit Card Number

4.Credit Card Expiration Date

It is our policy, and is so stated on all of our accessory pages, that backorders are held with payment in full. We do this for 2 reasons:

First is, if you want the part held for you, you pay for it in advance. This insures that when the part arrives there will be no delay in processing your credit card. We have , in the past , had customers waiting for 6 months for a backorder to arrive, only to have their card either expire or be declined. If we cannot reach them for the new information or card numbers, we ship the parts to the next person on the list. When the list is 200 or 300 people long and when the parts arrive slowly, there is a great demand all the way down the list. It is very rare that a backorder, when it fills, does so 100%. If you get bumped on the list, your wait time increases.

Second reason is, we do not waste our time with cards and orders that do not qualify. Your card is billed to insure that the authorizations do not expire while the backorder is filled.

 
     
 

ALL DEPOSITS ARE FULLY REFUNDABLE! Just send us an e-mail canceling your order while the part is still on backorder.

There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns after the order ships.

There will be a 10% restocking fee on all merchandise packed and awaiting shipment when it is cancelled.

 

 

 

C. Our new shopping cart system calculates shipping automatically.

3. When you're done, go to view shopping cart and proceed to checkout
4. You will be given shipping options before you have to confirm payment

D. If you are outside the U.S.A., we recommend shipping with the US Postal Service. Rates are calculated automatically in our new cart system.

International Orders

We cannot ship chemicals or batteries international or to APO or FPO. Many Countries also have restrictions on Helmets and some other types of  accessories. Please be sure of your countries restrictions prior to placing your order. No, we do not have that information...

Check with your local regulations concerning importing Helmets prior to ordering.

When placing an order, payment will be verified prior to shipment. Please consult your local bank or post office to determine duty and/or exchange rates. Some restrictions may apply. No, we do not have that information...

This is easy to do and is best if you do not have a credit card or Pay Pal Account and you live OUTSIDE the US.

I. Returns and cancellations

 

All returns MUST be pre-authorized. You must obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization).  You can request an RMA by logging into your account and clicking the "request RMA" link You can also request an RMA by calling our Parts Department at (909)987-2411 or send an e-mail to us at orders@yocracing.com Be sure to put the word 'order' as the subject.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (unless of course we made a mistake and sent you the wrong stuff!!)

All returns must be enclosed in the original manufacturers packaging and in virgin condition. We will not accept returns on installed items or any otherwise opened and or damaged manufacturers packaging.

Return credits apply to merchandise only and do not include shipping/handling charges.

Prices and availability are Subject to change without any prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit after the fact and such refund or credit will be handled on an individual basis.

 

 
     
 
   

1.For us to be able to meet an advertised price, you must tell us where you saw it advertised for less! We need to verify the ad. If it is an ad from a local publication, you will need to send us the ad. If it was an internet ad, send us the URL. The ad must be from an authorized dealer or manufacturer and must be on IDENTICAL merchandise. Upon verification of the ad we will honor the lowest price. No questions- no hassle!
